1000 years ago, the War of the Magi was believed to have been the last that any one would ever see of the strange, destructive and healing force called magic - or the espers, the powerful creatures from which that magic came. Technology became the source of power for the world, and magic became nothing more than a legend, shrouded in the heavy mists of time. Many doubted that the espers and magic had ever existed at all. But recently, Gehstal's Empire has been becoming increasingly powerful and now claims to have harnessed the ancient power of magic. Could the War of the Magi possibly be about to resurface, after 1000 years...
