Laguna, for being the second character we heard about, is actually the least known about. He is a well known journalist in his world. Somewhere along the line he was reporting, and ccrossed paths with Squall and Zell. It is also rumored that Laguna lives in a much more elegant world. Everything is beautiful and cheerful, unlike the slum like world that Squall and the rest of the gang live in. His weapon has been unknown for a long time.
